This is an embroidery pattern I traced out of Emilie Bach's "New Patterns in Old Style, First Part". "New" is relative here because the book is from 1890... it (and instructions on embroidering it) can be found at the Antique Pattern Library if you're interested. (Page 19, but don't let that deter you from looking at the other beautiful patterns in the two books.)
I traced this up for myself, but you are free to use it noncommercially. (CC BY-NC 3.0) Rotate, mirror, and repeat to make corners, frames, borders... whatever you desire. The blue lines are symmetry lines, so align your mirrored pattern on them.
